Gramercy bakery was founded in April 2016 by industry veterans with a total of 30 years of experience in the natural foods manufacturing, private label and co-packing industry. With an emphasis on producing quality, Gluten-Free, Kosher products, Gramercy Bakery is the go-to solution for small to medium brands & their co-packing needs. We provide excellent customer service and a state-of-the-art facility with strict food safety measures in place to ensure quality products are achieved.
Our Facility
Our state-of-the-art facility is located in sunny Las Vegas, NV. We are a GMP, Third Party Audited facility with quality as our core focus. We have high level staff members apart of our team, including PCQI certified individuals, Quality Assurance Managers and Quality Control techs.
Our facility is Gluten-Free Certified by GFCO and Kosher Certified by Earth Kosher.
Gramercy Bakery is now Certified Organic by SCS Global Services. Clients who choose to create organic products with Gramercy may put the USDA Organic certification seal on their packaging.
