Founded in April 2016 by industry veterans with over 35 years of combined experience in natural foods manufacturing, private label, and co-packing, Gramercy Bakery was built to serve brands seeking quality, flexibility, and partnership. We partner with brands of all sizes—from emerging fresh startups to established companies—empowering innovative food brands.
From the beginning, our focus has been on producing Clean Label, Gluten-Free, Kosher, and Organic products. We are the trusted manufacturing partner for emerging and growing brands, providing not only best-in-class production capabilities but also personalized customer service. Our Facility
Our state-of-the-art SQF-certified facility is located in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada, with quality and food safety at the core of everything we do. We maintain a highly skilled team, including PCQI-certified professionals, Quality Assurance Managers, and Quality Control Technicians, ensuring excellence at every step of production.
